Per CDC and NYS Department of Health guidelines, we require that you wear a mask in the office.

Important Message Regarding COVID-19 Vaccines

Limestone Primary Care does not anticipate receiving or providing COVID-19 shots. We encourage patients to check with their local pharmacy or the facility where the 1st and 2nd dose were received.

For immunocompromised patients with questions about the 3rd dose, please contact the specialist you are receiving treatment from for recommendations on the 3rd dose or, if needed, a prescription or note to receive the 3rd dose.
