Applicable copayments and fees for service are due and collected prior to your visit. We accept cash, personal check, and credit card (VISA, Master Card, and American Express).
Limestone Primary Care participates with most insurance plans including Medicare. The following is a partial list of plans we accept; please contact us if you have additional questions. Click on the insurance plan to go directly to their website. PLEASE NOTE: We are not currently accepting new Medicaid, new Workers' Compensation or new motor vehicle accident cases.
