  • Our practice is committed to the Patient Centered Medical Home as outlined in the Buffalo News on February 11, 2010.  We have been involved since January 2009 and currently undergoing the process to attain NCQA Certification.                            
  • Extended evening hours are now available on Monday with our Physician Assistant, Talia Root.     
  • We have expanded our Saturday hours for the Fall and Winter season.  Our hours are from 8:00 am to noon; please call the office at 632-1400 and the on-call physician will give you an appointment time.
